The core concept behind this project was to create a lead generation tool for product offers via a lifestyle blog. My objective was to create a site with functionality similar to BuzzFeed and Lifehacker in order to entertain, capture leads and build a collection of user data for targeted marketing offers in a variety of industries.
Much of the design and user experience is based upon deconstructed data and user research from various newsfeed sites (primarily BuzzFeed, Lifehacker, NerdWallet and Cracked.com). The user experience is based on an endless scroll concept to keep the user engaged with content and to maximize the number of opportunities deliver affiliate offers and collect data.
The site incorporates humor, surveys, listicles and targeted lifestyle-hack articles. I was tasked with art direction and production on this project and built out all branding and UI elements from beginning to end.
