In early 2017, TitleOne reached out to discuss a potential web project. Essentially, the idea was to create a familiar resource and grid system to display various steps within the home-buying process. Given the nature of the content, they wanted to produce something easy to engage with, relevant, identifiable amongst a variety of potential clients, professional in nature but still somewhat relaxed and interactive.
At the end of the day, they wanted something not too dry, but still covered all of the essential content checkpoints. After a bit of whiteboarding, I came up with an icon system to represent the various purchasing steps. In order to ensure the set worked across the board, I created a material design grid and built the icons out with consistent line weights and proportional relativity. We were able to coordinate with the development team, export the assets and deploy the resource center within five business days.
